Creative Objective: To develop collateral that coordinates with the TV spot, while educating and encouraging the parent to secure tuition for their child by enrolling in the College Illinois program. Two animated characters were developed (“Rex” and “Tony”) in a “School House Rock” fashion to help reach this goal.
